The popular YouTube channel RatedRR did a “breakdown” of a scene involving a helicopter-mounted Dillon M-134 minigun shooting a car. It shoots “an astonishing 3,000 rounds per minute,” the channel’s host said. “Now with a rate of fire like that, you would think it’s only purpose would be suppressing fire, but don’t let the Dillon fool you. It’s also extremely accurate,” he said. Though the clip shows the firearm running at impressive speed in realtime, it’s the super slow motion footage that is msmerizing. How’d the target car fare?
