Medicaid Card !

Not being able to get through due to busy phone lines & endless recorded messages.

Can anyone till me what their 'wait' time has been to 'receive' their id card

My doctor was able to reach them (some how) and gave me my Medicaid id number,

but said he can not do anything with it, in 'pending' status.

Has been 6 weeks now !!! Yet the hospital ER will cover me while this is pending !!
