I know, it's getting crazy with quite a few different rounds. The simple 243 rifle round doesn't exist on any shelves anywhere right now. My son in law bought a new 243 rifle and now can't find any factory ammo for it. I had buddies in Colorado, Wisconsin and Pa. check and they all said the same thing...Plenty of 223 and 9mm ammo now, but the rifle ammo shelves are bare for the most part. He and I decided to buy the dies, the brass, etc and I'll load all we need since to my surprise, we had no proiblem buying the components, including new brass, but just couldn't find the factory ammo.
