So little children, and I mean little in third world countries are sinful, and well so they have to starve to death ? How does something that loves us unconditionally allow little babies to suffer ? For the sins of their parents ? I cannot accept that, I know that's the way it is, but I still cannot accept it. I don't see how a child can bring on its own suffering. Frustrated.

Mike We are ALL born in SIN,as far as suffering, that is ALL that Child knows, only difference is you RESENT it,
they don't,yet their souls are saved. They have no resentment.Yes it is the SINS of the Fathers.Mike I see You are a searcher, you will find the answer within,it's not 'out there'.

I just cannot help it, maybe its just my mental health issues, but all the suffering and hate and pain in the world leaves me crying most of most days, I almost cry constantly, its like I feel responsible for all the suffering in the world, and I feel that if I did something ( I don't know what ) that it would help people. I sure thank God for my wife in that she deals with my craziness, I cannot handle all the sadness its tearing me to shreds, and I am not talking my sadness, I mean the worlds, its like I can feel everybody's emotions, I know that sounds nuts, but it is absolutely true, I feel so connected to all the pain people endure, I know God has a mission for me, but I cannot hear him try as I might, praying with all my heart begging to please make things clear to me, but I can never hear him, if God is a him.
I appreciate the thoughts Jeff, but I don't worry about public persecution, I loudly proclaim my faith in public, persecution is a way of life for today's Christians, or of any faith nowadays.

Mike,
The world is full of hatred and despair; however, it is also full of love and kindness. Suffering is a part of life but it does not apply to what you are feeling now. You have a chemical imbalance and your medications need to be adjusted. When the neurochemicals in somebody's brain are off balance they cause the thoughts you are having to creep in and grow. They keep growing until they become perseverative and totally overwhelming. The right medications will not change the amount of suffering in the world but it will be easier for you to let those thoughts go and keep a "balanced" and "normal" life for yourself. God does not have a preset plan or mission for you. God gives us free will and helps guide us to our own destiny. If God controlled every aspects of our lives we would be nothing more then his little puppets; something he does not desire. Right now God wants you to heal.
So why did God do this to you? Genetics is not a flawless systems. Evolution occurs over 1000's of years and some genes get passed on because they were more viable at that time. The set of genes you have may have helped your ancestors survive during the crusades but serve you poorly in a more developed and advanced society. It is not God's will or desire for you to suffer. Just as it is not HIS will for people to have diabetes, MS, or any other number of genetic problems.
I know that you do not have access to the best doctors in the country; however, they do not need to be good for you to get what you need out of them. Here are some suggestions to talk with them about that have less side effects and are easier to tolerate.
1. Make sure you are keeping drugs out of your body: no ativan, adderall, alcohol, or marijuana. 2. During the winter months exercise and a well balanced diet are essential to mental health. 3. Lamictal (lamotrigine): starting at 25mg a day and increasing by 25 mg per week. I target a 100 and then further increase up to 400 depending on results. the problem with this method is that it is slow. The dose cannot be increased faster because that would cause a risk of a lethal rash. 4. Depakote: I am sure you have been on this before. It can cause side effects of sedation and weight gain. However, with your mood lability it would be very helpful. Start at 500mg twice a day. If you are too sedated during the day then you can take all 1000mg at night. This should not be so over sedating that you cannot tolerate it. 5. Abilify: If your insurance covers it then this can be a miracle drug. If not it is too expensive. Start at 5mg and increase by 5mg after one week. In one month can be increased to 15mg, one month after that it can be increased to 20mg. Would not go higher then that dose. Side effects of sedation and increased appetite. If sedating take it at night...you have to watch what you eat. 6. Geodon: This is a very effective medicine when taken properly. However, it must be taken every day, twice a day, with food. This is hard for anybody to do and requires a lot of devotion. If not taken with food it will not be absorbed. The half life is so short that missing doses can throw things off rapidly. Side effects similiar to Abilify.
Print this off and take it to your doctor. Ask them to explain what they think is best. If they do not like these ideas that ask them to suggest others and I can review them with you. Again, I am not establishing a doctor-pt. relationship with you. Make no changes without consulting your doctor first. Do not PM me about this subject. I want it out in the open so there are plenty of witnesses.
Good luck and God bless you, you don't have to live this way, Your friend, Crispin
